The Steelworkers Health and Welfare Fund offers affordable, employer-sponsored benefit plans for Steelworker members, retirees, and their families nationwide working with several of the country’s most-reputable insurance carriers.

Managed by a USW-appointed Board of Trustees, the Fund provides strong, competitive benefit proposals for collective bargaining and strives to maintain members’ healthcare benefits and control premium costs.
